VBHS Automated Attendance Numbers: Main Campus: 564-5555 and FLC: 564-5676. Please use these numbers to report absences.
Please note: The school policy is for all teachers to mark a student absent if the student is NOT in their classroom during a scheduled class. A student will be marked "absent" by their regularly scheduled teacher if the absence occurs during testing. The attendance will be corrected after attendance lists of those present for testing are received and processed by the Attendance Office. This may take a few days due to the large numbers of students testing. The same policy and procedure applies to field trips or other events/situations which have students out of their scheduled classes. Please be assured your student's attendance will be corrected by the Attendance Office as quickly as possible once the event/fieldtrip lists are received AFTER the event/fieldtrip.

We're bringing back the first VBHS website address, www.indianriverschools.org/vbhs and eliminating www.vbhs.org. During this time of transition, access to employee phone and email, daily announcements, the calendar, the Sports Report, and other key features will remain functional. Thank you for your use and support of the web program since 2003. It is our sincere hope the new VBHS website will be another step in our continuing effort to improve communications between all our stakeholders!
