2009 FCAT Scores

All 2009 FCAT scores are now available.

Check scores online using your eSembler account by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your eSembler account.
  2. Select student.
  3. Click on any class name.
  4. Scroll down below grades to "Student Profile."
  5. Locate FCAT-R (Reading) and FCAT-M (Math). (See image below.) This year's scores will have 03/09 next to them.
  6. The first number is the scale score.
  7. Students in Grade 10 must earn a scale score of 300 or above to pass FCAT Reading and scale score of 300 or above to pass FCAT Mathematics. Full Explanation of FCAT Achievement Levels
  8. Passing scores on Reading and Mathematics are required for graduation. A passing score on Writing is NOT currently required. FCAT Graduation Requirements
  9. The second number (in parentheses) is the achievement level.
  10. The levels range from lowest level (Level 1) to the highest level (Level 5). Level 3 indicates that a student’s performance is on grade level.

For example, the 10th grade student whose report is shown below:

    • passed FCAT Reading and FCAT Math since his scores are above 300 in each.
    • earned an achievement level of (3) which means he is on grade level.
    • last tested in October of 2007 .

The official Florida Department of Education FCAT score reports will be available for pick up along with report cards on June 11.

The FCAT Parent Network, where parents were able to login to see FCAT scores has been discontinued by the DOE.
