Through our French program students master the skills of the French language. The content includes, but is not be limited to, mastery of French vocabulary and conversational skills through discussions based on selected readings.

The purpose of this program is to introduce students to Spanish and Hispanic culture and to develop communication skills and cross-cultural understanding.
ADVANCED PLACEMENT SPANISH LANGUAGE

The purpose of this course is to prepare the student to take the College Board exam for Advanced Placement Spanish. Discussion and essays in Spanish will span a variety of topics. The class will develop knowledge of Spanish grammar and further explore literature. Prerequisite: “B” in Spanish IV.

The purpose of this program is to expand previously acquired skills and to prepare students to take the International Baccalaureate Language exam in Spanish at the subsidiary level and/or the higher level.

The purpose of the German program is to introduce students to the German language and the culture of German speaking countries. In this course, students will develop communication skills and cross-cultural understanding as well as listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
